According to the conception of the Mediterranean civilization, land floats on water; water originates rivers, mountains, ecosystems, and people. This view is rooted in the Babylonian legends.

“Water is the source of all things,” the design inspiration throughout the project. The central area is the water square, so diffuse contours form adjacent spaces - corresponding to other elements of nature.
